Synergee Programmable Interval Gym Timer

A Synergee Premium Interval Timer is the perfect addition for any gym – home or commercial. Choose between 2 sizes – 16” x 1.75" x 4” or 29” x 2" x 6” – to suit your gym needs.

The Timer’s crystal-clear LED and high-contrast display allows you to see the bright red and blue numbers from all corners of your gym. The crisp “beeps” are at the ideal frequency for hearing when your AMRAP is up, even if you workout with music. We are positive that when you lock eyes with these bright, glaring numbers, you’ll work your butt off to get a few extra reps in before time is up!

Our Timers are easy to use and completely customizable. You can program rounds and work-to-rest ratios to suit your specific training needs. Or, choose from one of the numerous preprogrammed settings: there are so many! This Timer is your key to unlocking a plethora of training styles for yourself or your clients with minimal remote-fiddling. Each Timer comes with an easy-to-read manual to walk you through the process.

The Synergee Premium Interval Timer come with one remote (batteries not included) with a 60 ft range. Extra remotes can be purchased separately. Each Timer plugs into a 120 V/NEMA-5 socket (i.e. common North American socket). Available in 2 sizes – 16” x 1.75" x 4” or 29” x 2" x 6”. Wall mounts are included with both models.

STARTING IN 10

Our 10 second countdown gives you enough time to press start and get into position without missing a precious second. Great for coaches running classes and getting athletes ready for their WOD.

EMOM

An Every Minute On The Minute (EMOTM) routine is perfect for honing in on skills and pacing while getting a great sweat! Our timer will beep at 57, 58, 59 and then hold a long beep on every minute to clearly notify the athlete(s) the next round is starting. Choose from pre-programmed 10 or 20-minute EMOTM, or customize it to the length you need.

COUNT UP/DOWN

After setting a time, you can choose to count up or down. Perfect for AMRAPS and time caps, and for a continuous count set it to 99:99 and count up. Use the ticking seconds to motivate you to move faster or catch another rep, or time your rest between big lifts – every second counts!

Tabatas are sneaky! 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off… sounds easy, right? Choose a move, hit our Tabata button, and give it a whirl. You’ll be feeling the burn in no time! Using this feature, you can set customized work-to-rest ratios to meet your training needs.

STOPWATCH

The stopwatch function allows athletes to time their workouts right to the millisecond. Keep track of your personal records and monitor your progress, knowing exactly how long you take each round.

CLOCK

When the clock is not being used for a workout, it functions as a 24/12 hour clock.

TRACKING WORKOUTS

Use this Gym Timer to help track your daily fitness achievements. Doing this will do wonders for you on your fitness journey!

Track your progress on the program you are following, the weight and number of reps you complete, or the time it takes for you to complete a workout. You can also write down how you felt during a workout, when you work out, your sleep schedule – the more information the better!

For example, you might notice a pattern that you feel the greatest, lift the most, and adhere to your training plan best after 6 hours of sleep and when you workout at 6:00 am before work, compared to 8 hours of sleep and trying to fit it in at 5:00 pm when you get home from a long day.

You can write as little or as much as you want, but recording can also be an incredible motivation tool. On days when you don’t feel as awesome as you are, you can always look back and realize you’re further than where you started – and that’s all that really matters!
