The Synergee 3-in-1 Wood Plyo Box will bring you to new heights in fitness. This easy to assemble and expertly crafted Box can be used for box jumps or step ups, elevated push-ups, dips, burpee variations, accessory work, and numerous other sweat-inducing moves.
Rotating the Box onto a different side unlocks a new challenge, as each position provides a new height to work with. Use the Box with confidence, knowing we use high quality, ¾ inch thick plywood for its construction and it can hold up to 450 lbs. Each piece of plywood is sanded and smoothed with your safety in mind and gives the Box a burly, rustic look.

Our Plyo Box is made from high quality, ¾” plywood. It is built to last and can hold up to 450 lbs. Each Box comes with an internal support*, enabling it to handle every workout you put it through. The wood will not warp from extended use or being excessively sweat on.

Each Box comes with predrilled holes, screws, puzzle-like assembly, and an easy-to-read manual to walk you through it. All you need is a screwdriver or power drill, and you can have your box ready for a workout in 10-15 minutes!.

What The Heck Does Plyometrics Even Mean?
"PLYOMETRICS” refers to the use of explosive, jumping training that forces muscles to exert maximum force in short intervals of time with the aim of increasing power – i.e. increasing speed and strength together.
The term “plyometrics” means “to increase measurement” – plio means “more” and metric means “to measure” in Greek… it’s not the most fitting term for the actions it describes. BUT, it does infer that this way of training is meant to make you better, faster, stronger, and more powerful! That is, this way of training is meant to be a means to an end (i.e. be a more badass athlete), rather than an end on its own.
